Job Description
NALS Apartment Homes seeks a Leasing Specialist to achieve and maintain optimum occupancy via the leasing of units and renewal of existing leases. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service/sales related industry, effective communication skills, and a positive personality.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service/sales related industry
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors
- Self-motivated, exhibit a positive personality, and be sales motivated
- Conduct yourself in a professional, neat, and well-groomed manner always
- Valid driver license along with current auto insurance may be required
