Maintenance Technician

NALS Apartment Homes seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team at The Reserve on Cave Creek. The successful candidate will ensure service requests are completed promptly, maintain property grounds and buildings, and respond to after-hour calls and emergencies. Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience
• Painting experience preferred
• Skills relating to all building systems
• Knowledge and understanding of the unit turn process
• Knowledge in plumbing and pool and spa
• Familiar with appliance repair, electrical repairs, and basic roofing repairs
• Valid driver license and current auto insurance may be required
