Manager Operations Debt Recovery, Collections & Financial Health

NN Bank is looking for a Manager Operations Debt Recovery, Collections & Financial Health to contribute to the achievement of the strategic goals of NN Bank Risk for the DRC&FH department and to our mission to make the whole of the Netherlands financially healthy.

Requirements

• Familiarity with national and international legislation regarding debt problems and financial health
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work strictly from efficient processes and policies
• Ability to switch between different Business Lines and senior stakeholders of a complex banking environment
• Good communication and social skills
• Proactive contribution to all relevant strategic goals and projects within scope and influence sphere
• Tech Savvy and ability to translate customer, user/company, and regulator's voice in both outside-in and inside-out perspective
