Job Description
Noah Medical is seeking a Director of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs to lead the Quality Management System. The role involves establishing departmental objectives, managing team functions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating activities. This is a critical position for supporting product development and maintaining quality standards, and a self-starter with potential for growth within the organization.
Requirements
- BS (Engineering or Technology), with a focus on Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical, Life Sciences, etc.
- 10+ years of experience in RA/QA in the medical device field
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Experience working in a startup environment and with NPI
- Experience in implementing a complete QMS
- Experience with internal and supplier audits
- Self-starter and team builder
- Excellent communication skills
