NoaNet is Washington State’s nonprofit, open‑access broadband provider, operating a 3,300‑mile fiber network that delivers high‑speed connectivity to nearly 260,000 residents in rural and underserved regions. Since its 2010 federal grant infusion of $140 million, the organization has expanded coverage to over 170 communities, serving 2,000 schools, hospitals, emergency services, libraries, and higher‑education institutions.
