Responsible for maintenance and repair of subsea systems, including BOP stack, control and support systems, hydraulic and mechanical components, and component interface/support systems. Monitor subsea systems operation, direct troubleshooting and repairs, and implement safety and environmental compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Recognized Marine/Engineering qualification from Maritime college
- 10+ years of related experience and education/training in hydraulics and fluid system maintenance and repair
- Valid IWCF Well Control Surface and Subsea, level 4 certificate and BOSIET CA-EBS
- 5+ years of experience working with IFS
- Strong leadership skills and ability to coach, motivate and mentor others
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Superior troubleshooting, decision making, and problem resolution skills
- Ability to understand and react with diverse groups and operations, to recognize and resolve conflict, to plan and delegate work that has been organized, and to think globally
