Requirements
- Take ownership of subscription renewals
- Proactively secure contract continuation while identifying growth opportunities
- Advise and guide our customers throughout their whole Customer Journey
- Participate & host customer trainings to make them discover best practices & how to get the most value from the Nodalview platform
- Proactively identify customers that might be experiencing problems and reach out to them to help, even before they come to us!
- Handle commercial discussions (Reactivations, Upsells & downsells and even retention calls!)
- Participate in exciting projects within the team (Recording tutorials, & help us build the best Customer Experience strategy for our dear customers)
- Transfer customer feedbacks to the product team to add improvements and new feature requests to our solution that would delight our customers even more!
