We are looking for an experienced Calculator (m/w/d) based in Rüschlikon, who will take over the entire cost chain of development, production, and installation costs in detail and thus ensure a solid economic planning of our nationwide building projects. In this position, you will be responsible for the further development of this area.

Your tasks

• You analyze the current cost structure considering development, construction, installation, and other relevant costs
• You are responsible for creating the cost and budget plans for individual building projects
• You identify potential for improvement in existing cost and process structures
• You conduct evaluations of reports from the KVP of the assembly sites and product development to achieve the goal of continuous product cost optimization
• You work interdisciplinarily with the departments of Project Controlling, Planning, Production, and Assembly
• You create detailed cost plans, forecasts, and presentations and present them to the management

Your qualifications

You have a successfully completed study in the field of civil engineering or a similar field

You have a deep understanding of building and production costs

You have several years of professional experience in calculating building projects, ideally in the prefabricated housing industry, multi-story wood construction, key turnkey construction, or with GU experience

You master the relevant software tools for data analysis and reporting

You bring a high level of technical and economic understanding and are responsible for the economic success
