Job Description
NOKERA is revolutionizing the construction industry by creating livable and affordable housing using sustainable and serial construction methods, aiming to provide homes for up to 20,000 families annually. They are seeking an HVAC Planning Specialist to join their specialist planning team in Leipzig. The role involves planning HVAC systems, creating HVAC plans, supporting project planners and product development, and acting as an HVAC expert throughout the planning and production chain.
Requirements
- Successfully completed a degree in building services engineering or a completed apprenticeship, master craftsman, technician or engineer in the field of building and environmental engineering.
- Relevant professional experience in the planning of HVAC systems to DIN or Eurocode compliant projects.
- Initial professional experience in the processing of projects in the field of HVAC, ideally between 2 and 5 years.
- Confident handling of CAD programs, such as Revit or AutoCAD is desirable.
- Good knowledge of the DIN, VOB and VDI regulations as well as in the application of common MS-Office programs.
- Communication skills, customer orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent and idiomatic German at B2 CEFR level.
