Network Architect - Optical Networking

We are seeking an experienced Network Architect with a focus in Optical Networking to support government customer projects. The Network Architect position is a lead technical post-sales role that will be responsible for leading deep technical project discussions, creating/assisting with optical designs/implementations, support solution modeling, Bill of Materials (BoM) creation and building requisite documentation with the US Government agencies.

Requirements

• Support pre- and post-sales execution through broad technical/system level expertise in both terrestrial and subsea optical transport architectures
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in terrestrial and subsea optical transport architectures, be able to engage customers, present viable technical solutions, and articulate their value to our customers
• Contribute to the creation of customer network evolution plans, and competitively position our technology strategy, solutions, and products to address customer needs
