HW Technical Specialist (RF/Wi-Fi)

Nokia's Fixed Network Broadband Devices Business Unit is seeking a talented Senior Digital Hardware Engineer to drive the design, development, and qualification of electrical equipment for various products. In this role, you will ensure the reliability and performance of next-generation broadband devices, impacting millions of users worldwide.

Requirements

• Work with various engineering and project teams to design, troubleshoot, modify, and run qualification testing for various electrical equipment.
• Design, test, and troubleshoot RF circuits such as Wifi Radios for various electrical equipment.
• Select and assess the suitability and reliability of electronic components.
• Maintain comprehensive product documentation.
• Interact with Application, Software, and other Electronic Engineers to meet customer/system requirements for hardware designs.
• Prototype electronic circuits and meticulously documenting measurements and results.
• Review and approve electrical documentation, including schematics, assembly drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM), and PCB layouts.
• Perform failure analysis of electronic circuits, issuing reports on findings, and recommending opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Assist other members of the hardware group and/or project teams.
• Support factory production line testing remotely and on-site.
