Senior Equipment Engineer role in the Network Infrastructure group, responsible for tool ownership, improvement, and maintenance, as well as creating operational procedures and mentoring/training operators. The role involves working with equipment installs, qualification, and deinstallation, and implementing desirable modifications in procedures, methods, and processes.
Requirements
- Tool ownership and improvement related to tool uptime (MTBF/MTTR) and quality
- Create written operational procedures and mentor/train operators
- Responsible for sustaining and improving tool uptime in a 24x7 manufacturing/development facility
- Help to establish min/max parts estimates and adjusts inventory requirements based on manufacturing demand
- Implement desirable modifications in procedures, methods, and processes within the area or responsibility
