Job Description
We're seeking a Quality Management Systems Manager to join our team at Nom Nom. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in quality systems, a BS or MS in a related field, and be willing to travel 10-15%.
Requirements
- Deploy quality standards in each department of Nom Nom
- Lead continuous improvement of the Nom Nom Quality Systems
- Coordinate communication and implementation of new Mars Standards
- Train internal auditors to Mars Global and third-party accreditation body standards
- Serve on the North American Crisis Management Team
- Support quality system implementation of the distribution centers
