Director of Manufacturing & Industrial Engineering

Director of Manufacturing & Industrial Engineering responsible for validating engineering output, ensuring manufacturability, safety, and repeatability, and protecting engineering intent while enabling Production throughput.

Requirements

• 8+ years engineering experience with progressive leadership responsibility
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Systems, Human Factors, or related)
• Demonstrated ownership of engineering standards, architectures, modular platforms, or reusable systems across multiple programs
• Strong cross-functional leadership: ability to align stakeholders, drive decisions, and deliver through influence
• Roadmap scoping, estimation, and delivery management experience
• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods
• Manual dexterity to operate office equipment
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
