We're looking for a Senior People Partner to support and shape our people strategy as we continue to grow. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

- Excellent English, both written and spoken
- Reliability, consistency, and strong attention to detail
- Energetic, proactive, and able to plan and work independently
- Able to offer practical solutions, make decisions, and prioritise in a fast-moving environment
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable using data to guide decisions
- Passion for helping people grow and understanding how employee performance affects business results
- Experience in different types of companies, from large organisations to small startups
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of delivering people projects with measurable impact
