Profiling Lab Operations Associate

As a Profiling Lab Operations Associate at Nomic, you will be supporting large-scale assays that measure complex, blood-based proteins and analytes in cell supernatant and plasma samples from clients. The role will involve substantial benchwork, teamwork and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, chemistry, biotechnology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a GLP-certified laboratory.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a BSL-2 laboratory.
• Minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience with flow cytometry.
• Experience with automated liquid handlers is considered an asset.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document work clearly and thoroughly.
• Meticulous work ethic, strong organizational skills in a laboratory setting, and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Comfortable following computer-based protocols.
• Fluency in English is required as our customers and vendors are primarily located in the USA.
