Lead Risk & Control Analyst

Nomura is a global financial services group seeking a Lead Risk & Control Analyst to join its Global Controls Assurance Centre of Excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and testing controls to ensure the accuracy and completeness of testing activities. The role requires a strong background in controls testing within financial services and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 5-8 years' experience in Information Security controls testing
• Strong understanding of Information Security, including data protection, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and security events
• Knowledge of industry standards like NIST and ITIL
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience operating in a regulated environment and managing stakeholders across the Three Lines of Defense
