Administrative Supervisor, Associate

Nomura is seeking an Administrative Supervisor to provide high-level support to a Senior Executive while overseeing and managing the administrative function across the Americas Global Markets business. The role combines executive administrative support with operational leadership, requiring a highly experienced professional with senior administrative leadership experience.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in senior administrative roles, including prior experience supervising or managing administrative teams
• Demonstrated experience supporting C-suite, Managing Director, or senior regional leadership
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a complex corporate environment
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment
• Experience operating within large, matrixed organizations is strongly preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
