Requirements
- At least 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in financial analysis and budgeting.
- Excellent presentation skills with experience in creating senior management presentations.
- Experience in risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), Audit tracking tools or BCP applications preferred.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in building Power BI dashboards would be desirable.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
