The COM-Business Compliance role is responsible for designing, implementing, and evolving enterprise-wide PMO frameworks, methodologies, and governance structures aligned with organizational strategy. The role requires 15-17 years of experience in the financial industry and a graduate/postgraduate qualification. The team will work on strategic portfolio management initiatives, lead cross-functional program delivery, and manage complex stakeholder ecosystems.
