IAU-Auditor

Nomura is seeking an IAU-Auditor with a strong understanding of Risk and Internal Audit gained through a combination of education and work experience of at least 10 years at global financial institutions or public accounting firms or consultancy firms. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of Internal Audit experience in the financial services sector, preferably within Investment Banking.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience at global financial institutions or public accounting firms or consultancy firms
• 5 years of Internal Audit experience in the financial services sector
• Ability to communicate at various levels and across multiple regions and teams
• Ability to understand process, identify risks, and mitigating controls in the process
• Ability to work independently and pro-actively, multi-task, and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and commitment to delivery
• Strong capabilities in documenting processes, and drafting issues and remediation plans
• Hands-on experience working with data and data analytics skill
• Relevant professional qualification and experience within the Internal Audit function of a global investment bank and / or a large accounting firm
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
