Investment Banker, Consumer & Retail Coverage, Senior Analyst or Associate

Nomura is seeking an Associate to join its Consumer and Retail Coverage Group in London. The successful candidate will support the team in providing advisory and capital-raising solutions to corporations and financial institutions. The role involves a mix of execution and client coverage, including financial analysis, financial due diligence, process management, and client deal team interaction.

Requirements

• Proven background in Corporate Finance
• Previous experience in Consumer & Retail sector (desirable)
• Excellent financial modelling experience
• Experience in buy-side and sell-side M&A
• Project management skills
• Strong communications and analytical skills
