Investment Banking Associate, Digital Infrastructure

Nomura is an Asia-headquartered financial services group seeking an Investment Banking Associate with experience in Digital Infrastructure sector to drive and assist in the origination and execution of investment banking deals.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Investment Banking and / or Private Equity experience
• Minimum 3 years of M&A deal transactional experience in international market such as US or Europe
• Minimum 2 year of experience in Digital Infrastructure sector
• Self-starter who is able to drive projects and workstreams
• Advanced financial modelling and financial analytical skills
• Effective communication skills, both spoken and written, to engage clients and internal stakeholders
• Good presentation skill and PowerPoint skills
• The ability to excel under pressure amid demanding deadlines
• A strong sense of personal integrity and teamwork, including guiding junior analysts
• A high level of energy and a keen desire to learn new concepts
