Investment Banking Associate - Healthcare

The Nomura Healthcare Group is looking to hire an experienced associate who can contribute immediately to a nimble and collaborative team experiencing strong momentum. As a member of the Healthcare Group, the associate will take an active role in developing, structuring and executing a broad range of advisory assignments and financing transactions for our clients.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in healthcare investment banking, with at least 2 years of healthcare investment banking experience as an associate from a reputable investment bank preferred
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and landscape, especially for biopharma industry
• Experience in sell-side and buy-side healthcare M&A execution
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Outstanding academic qualifications, strong GPA
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently
• SIE, Series 79 and 63 required
