Lead Business Analyst

This is a hybrid Release Manager and Business Analyst role combining technical release orchestration with business-facing analytical capabilities. The role is responsible for managing software releases, delivery pipelines, and supporting development teams. The Business Analyst aspect of the role is responsible for managing the scope and prioritisation of workstreams driven from both internal needs and external demands.

Requirements

• Degree from accredited university or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of equities products / trading systems
• 3+ years of release management experience in technology environments
• Strong JIRA administration skills including workflow configuration and reporting
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and release processes
• Good communication skills with ability to coordinate across different teams
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail for process compliance
