Job Description
Nomura is a financial services group with an integrated global network. The company is seeking an experienced Lead Quality Analyst to oversee quality assurance processes and lead a team of QA engineers. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with proven leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality software products across multiple applications and platforms.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of overall QA experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Core Java/Python and Selenium WebDriver
- 5+ years of experience writing automated test scripts using frameworks such as Robot Framework, Selenium with Java/Python, and BDD approaches
- Proven experience in designing and developing automation frameworks from scratch
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Qualification graduate and above
