Design and Development of FIC Intraday Risk platform. Understand technical requirements and responsible for designing solution, implementation, testing and L3 support. Regular interaction with global technical stakeholders for requirement analysis, solution/approach, testing, status updates etc. Deliver high quality change within timelines. Perform unit testing. Support SIT, UAT and Regression testing. Propose and implement strategic/tactical solutions for technical problems. Understand and follow organizational, team level processes and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related technical/quantitative field
- 8+ years of experience in working with Java
- Excellent knowledge of object oriented programming principles
- Good knowledge of Java frameworks (Spring)
- Experience with Caching solutions (Gemfire, Redis)
- Experience with Middleware solutions (Solace, Kafka, Pulsar)
- Experience of testing in Java (Junit) and Mocking frameworks
- Familiarity with development lifecycle tools (Maven, Jenkins, Git, Ansible)
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and/or AWS is desirable.
- Ability to work with both Linux and Windows servers.
- Work effectively in a global team, supporting and advising as required.
- Demonstrate strong personal initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
- Knowledge of Investment Banking and Capital Markets domain and/or experience developing tools for the Front Office is desirable.
