Requirements
- 10+ years of IT experience
- Software development experience, especially with Python and modern web frameworks, microservices architecture, and front-end tech
- Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and ability to drive innovation through related POCs and integrations
- Hands-on experience with containerization tools (Docker, Podman), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab)
- Experience working with AWS cloud infrastructure, including hands-on expertise in deploying, managing, and optimizing cloud-native applications and services
- Excellent understanding of incident, problem, and change management using tools such as ServiceNow
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Good communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning capabilities
