Job Description
Nomura is a global financial services group seeking a Sr. Infrastructure Operations & Services professional to troubleshoot and resolve issues with its infrastructure platforms globally. The successful candidate will work as part of a regional level 1 production support team, perform proactive monitoring, and investigate and resolve issues affecting the firm's infrastructure.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Linux/Unix/Windows administration
- 2+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting/understanding of Network administration (LAN, WAN, Telecom/Voice)
- Prior experience in an operations/support organization, particularly in the finance/investment banking sector
- Knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as Database, Core Services, Market Data, Middleware, Storage, etc.
- Hands-on Incident Management lifecycle, management communication and reporting
