Requirements

• PhD with advanced training in clinical research methodology, behavioral science, and statistical analysis
• 5–7+ years of related experience designing and executing rigorous clinical studies
• At least 3 years of experience in an academic research setting
• At least 3 years of experience in a corporate or for-profit environment
• Demonstrated understanding of the biological and behavioral mechanisms underlying GLP-1–based therapies
• Hands-on experience executing clinical trials
• Strong statistical expertise and experience overseeing end-to-end analytic workflows
• Proven ability to connect study design and outcomes to claims development and business decision-making
• A publication track record demonstrating methodological rigor and analytical excellence
• Experience securing federal or peer-reviewed grant funding
• Experience collaborating with academic teams and commercial partners
• Demonstrated success interfacing with product and marketing teams
• Working knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance frameworks
