Noom is seeking a Marketing Attorney to lead legal support for marketing, branding, and advertising initiatives as well as clinical research studies. The role will serve as a strategic partner to teams across Marketing, Growth, Product, Brand, and Clinical Research, reviewing marketing and creative materials, providing guidance on associated intellectual property issues, and advising on clinical and promotional claims.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited U.S. law school and active bar membership in good standing
- 5+ years of post-law school legal experience, with direct hands-on experience in advertising and marketing law, FTC, UDAP, NAD and consumer protection compliance, claims substantiation and risk assessment, influencer marketing and brand partnerships, intellectual property matters relating to advertising and marketing, clinical research studies, and experience reviewing fast-paced, high-volume digital marketing content and campaigns
