Learning Program Manager - Native Arabic Speaker

Noon Academy is a leading edtech platform in the Middle East, and this role is a critical leadership position responsible for owning and advancing the learning strategy for Noon's Qudurat program within a hybrid learning experience. The Learning Program Manager will lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the end-to-end learning experience for thousands of students every day.

• Strong understanding of learning science, pedagogical best practices, and data-driven education
• Proven experience leading teams and managing complex, cross-functional projects
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust and strong relationships with teachers and academic stakeholders
