Mass Recruiter

Noon is building the next generation of schools in Saudi Arabia and we're looking for a Mass Recruiter to help us scale our team. You'll be instrumental in managing scheduling and candidate experience, and building pipeline for our highest-priority Schools Staffing roles.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting
• Strong planning, coordination, and systems thinking skills
• Data-driven, organised, and execution-focused
• Arabic fluency required; English is preferred
• Background in educational sector, large-scale hiring, or large event planning in KSA is a plus
