Requirements
- Collect, track, and upload course materials into designated systems
- Ensure curriculum calendars, deadlines, and academic dates are accurate and current
- Coordinate with faculty to meet submission timelines and formatting standards
- Serve as a primary Canvas contact for students regarding course content
- Maintain organized, accurate curriculum records and version control
- Support active-learning initiatives and faculty in the pod-based learning environment
- Assist with meetings, scheduling, agendas, notes, and follow-up action items
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Support special projects and general administrative needs within Academic Affairs
