Human Resources Generalist

NORCAL Ambulance is looking to hire a Human Resources Generalist to join their rapidly growing team in Sacramento, CA. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least 4 years of HR experience. The role involves employee relations, investigations, HR administration, training and development, and reporting and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations and investigations
• Knowledge of California state and local labor regulations and laws
• Demonstrated experience in conducting thorough and impartial HR investigations
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
