Job Description
West Bay is seeking a Night Field Supervisor to ensure smooth operations of ambulances, patient safety, and vehicle maintenance. The supervisor will be responsible for driver training, incident response, and troubleshooting, acting as a role model for all field employees. The role involves tasks like assisting with patient transport, driver training, and equipment repairs.
Requirements
- Must be able to perform essential duties under the Lead FTO and Station Officer job descriptions.
- Minimum of six months experience working as a Lead FTO.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and completion of a certified EMT program (EMT-B or Paramedic).
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and procedure manuals.
- Driver's license in California.
- Medical Examiner's Certification.
- Ambulance Drivers Certification.
- Must use gurney, wheelchairs, and other medical and ambulance related devices.
- Must be able to perform lifting up to 100 pounds unassisted.
