Art Teacher

Nord Anglia International School Hong Kong is seeking a qualified Art Teacher to join its Secondary team, driving excellent teaching and learning in the subject of Art. The successful candidate will lead initiatives to boost student participation, support enrichment activities, and foster creativity, problem-solving, and design thinking.

Requirements

• Qualified to Bachelor of Education or appropriate Degree with PGCE in relevant Art subject
• Qualified Teacher Status
• Qualified teacher with experience teaching in a UK and/or international environment
• Art Training or similar qualification
• Minimum of 2 years' teaching experiences
• Knowledge and understanding of students' learning and development and how this relates to Art practice
• Knowledge and awareness of current educational developments in Art
• Evidence of knowledge and understanding of wider educational developments
• Knowledge and experience in raising standards for all groups of students
• Ability to integrate technology into the classroom experience to enhance and extend the learning of students
