Reporting to the Regional Finance Director, the Financial Reporting Manager supports the delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting across Nord Anglia Education entities, focusing on financial close activities, audit coordination, and internal controls support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification or progress toward qualification (CPA, ACCA, ACA, CA or equivalent).
- 3–6 years of experience in financial reporting or accounting roles.
- Working knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP.
- Experience supporting external audits and structured financial close processes.
- Exposure to multi-entity or international reporting environments.
- Familiarity with ERP and reporting systems such as Navision / Business Central, Hyperion, HFM, or OneStream (user or power-user level).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively under supervision and follow established processes.
- Comfortable working in deadline-driven reporting environments.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Reliable, collaborative, and eager to learn.
