The IT Support Executive provides technical support and ensures the smooth functioning of IT systems within the school, maintaining hardware, software, network systems, and supporting staff and students with technical issues.
Requirements
- Provide technical support for computers, printers, projectors, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Troubleshoot network and system issues and ensure minimal downtime.
- Support staff with email accounts, system access, and IT-related queries.
- Maintain IT inventory and ensure proper functioning of all devices.
- Assist in setting up IT infrastructure for classrooms, events, and meetings.
- Ensure data security, system updates, and backups are maintained.
- Coordinate with the IT team for system upgrades and maintenance activities.
