Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a project manager in the execution of operational projects and construction management for complex technical projects in the civil construction industry, manufacturing industry, and installation engineering, the wind energy sector, and/or similar energy industries;
- Technical degree with a bachelor's degree and/or a master's degree in engineering, business administration, or relevant industrial experience;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with proven experience in successful negotiations with engineering and construction companies;
- Ability to perform technical analysis, feasibility studies, and financial modeling;
- Must have a practical understanding of analytical accounting, budgeting, and contract implementation;
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision;
- Good business acumen;
- Financial management knowledge;
- MS Office application mastery (e.g., Excel, Word);
- Ability to work effectively under multiple deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision;
- Must have a sense of urgency, be motivated, and be able to prioritize tasks;
- Strong ability to interact with team members and clients;
- Ability to travel within the country and abroad for project sites and business needs;
- Ability to meet all Canadian regulatory requirements for prior employment selection;
- Must be able to work in Canada without corporate sponsorship and have the ability to obtain a US passport;
- Driving is an essential function of the job. Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable under our automobile insurance policy. This position will be subject to periodic driving record checks to confirm maintainable insurability.
