Concept and Technology Lead (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Concept and Technology Lead to drive technological advancements and lead project teams in wind turbine generator technology and associated systems. The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering, several years of industry experience, and strong technical expertise in engineering analyses, studies, and calculations.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, applied science, or equivalent
• Several years of industrial experience in research and development, ideally with complex systems
• Strong knowledge of engineering analyses, studies, and calculations in wind turbine technology
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Advanced proficiency in English and German or Spanish
• Proficient in common IT tools such as MS Office and MS Project
