Job Description
CT HSE Specialist responsible for coordinating and controlling HSE systems during the manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting HSE best practices across the site.
Requirements
- Background in HSE procedures and technical control
- Previous experience in precast concrete, construction supervision, or renewable energy is a plus
- Knowledge of occupational risk prevention and HSE coordination
- Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
- Skilled in HSE-specific software and construction techniques
- Proactive, team-oriented, and strong in communication
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
