Development Engineer - Mechanical Design (m/f/d)

As a Development Engineer with a focus on Mechanical Design, you contribute to the structured development of mechanical components for wind turbines, supporting the design process from requirements definition to manufacturing-ready solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in mechanical design or product development
• Strong competence in engineering methodologies, concept development and structured requirements management
• Proven experience in the design of welded structures and manufacturing-oriented sheet metal components
• Solid knowledge of Machinery Directive, relevant standards and safety-driven development
• Proficient in 3D CAD systems such as NX and familiar with PLM systems like Teamcenter
• Fluent English skills and ability to work effectively in international, cross-functional engineering teams
