Requirements

• Degree in engineering, applied science, or equivalent.
• Several years of industrial experience in research and development, ideally within the area of sensor, actuator and electrical support systems.
• Strong knowledge of engineering analyses, studies, and calculations in blade technology for wind turbines.
• High degree of flexibility to work with all areas of the company in international and diverse teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership and integration skills, with advanced proficiency in English.
• Hands-on mentality with a strong decision-making personality.
• Proficient in common and specialized engineering IT tools, MS Office, and MS Project.
