Specialist - New Product Implementation

Specialist - New Product Implementation role involves managing and supporting blade manufacturing processes and ensuring successful industrialization of new blade projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering – Process, Production, Composites, or Aeronautics
• 3 years of hands-on experience in boat building or composite structure manufacturing
• 8 years of engineering experience within the composite industry
• Proficiency in MS Office, Teamcenter, and AutoCAD 2D
• Knowledge of CATIA or Siemens NX (optional but preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong pedagogical skills, team management, and conflict-resolution capabilities
