Job Description
The Specialist - Blade Service Engineering role involves creating instructions to solve blade incidents, providing technical support, and collaborating with team colleagues to solve problems. The ideal candidate will have a university background in engineering, minimum 6-8 years' experience in composites, and proven ability to communicate technical topics.
Requirements
- University background in engineering or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in composites, preferably in wind industry
- Experience in managing customers
- Proven ability to communicate and defend technical topics to experts and lay audiences
- Experience writing and editing documentation
- Knowledge of blade design and manufacturing
- Fluent in English, Spanish/German is beneficial
- Experience conducting RCA
- Ability to work remotely with little supervision
- Willingness to international travels
