FMEA Moderator (m/f/d)

As an FMEA Moderator (m/f/d), you take on a key role in strengthening product and process robustness across the organization, guiding cross-functional teams through structured risk analyses and promoting a strong, method-driven quality culture.

Requirements

• Technical or scientific degree or an equivalent qualification with relevant industry experience
• Several years of experience in product, process or quality-related functions, ideally with a focus on FMEA moderation
• Solid expertise in FMEA methodology (Design and Process FMEA) and other quality tools
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to guide diverse teams and drive structured decision-making
• Analytical, systematic and self-driven working style with high standards for quality and detail
• Fluent English skills (spoken and written); additional German or Spanish is a plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to act as a multiplier for quality-driven practices
