Group Lead - QHSE

Group Lead - QHSE role involves strategic leadership, cross-functional interface, quality management, integrated management system, team development, risk & compliance, and performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or related field
• Certifications in Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred) and APQP
• Minimum 15+ years in Quality Management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Strong background in Automotive industry standards and supplier quality management
• Proven experience in implementing Integrated Management Systems and leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence and drive change across diverse stakeholders
• Experience in global organizations with multi-site operations
• Familiarity with digital quality tools and Industry 4.0 practices
