As part of our Sales Support team, you will work closely with internal partners to execute customer requirements and strengthen long-term relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for key sales processes and contribute directly to the company's success.
Requirements
- Supporting the creation of tenders and offers and defining and calculating the scope of performance
- Updating regional calculation tools and price lists
- Accompanying internal sales processes and creating documents for the approval committee and project handover
- Developing performance indicators and monitoring metrics such as monthly offers and missed business
- Maintaining data in the Customer Relationship Management System
- Representing colleagues in sales during their absence
