SAP Technical Specialist - Security Management

SAP Technical Specialist - Security Management responsible for defining and managing user roles and authorizations in SAP systems, implementing security policies, and conducting security audits.

Requirements

• Define and manage user roles and authorizations in SAP systems.
• Implement security policies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
• Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) and integrate with Identity Management solutions.
• Handle SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) for role management and access control.
• Investigate and resolve security incidents and unauthorized access.
• Extensive experience with SAP technologies such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP Cloud Platform.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related services (compute, storage, networking, security).
• Strong knowledge of SAP Basis administration, SAP migrations, upgrades, and landscape transformations.
• Experience with SAP on Linux, UNIX, Windows platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate effectively.
• Must have good time management skills.
• Ability to work as part of team, inter dependant as well as independently and submit deliverables on time and in excellent quality.
• Must take ownership of an assigned task and see it through to completion
• Must be self-motivated and open to learn
• Flexibility to take up different tasks in the team
• Work with functional and development teams to define security requirements.
• Provide user support and training on SAP security and best practices.
• Document technical configurations, security policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution.
